Patriot Program was founded by veterans for veterans. The mission of Patriot Program is to minimize costs for veterans selling their homes and assist veterans with purchasing their new homes.

We partner with real estate and mortgage companies to employ fellow veterans and reduce costs. Some highlights of our Program:

  1. Sell your home for as low as $5,000 and 0% commission*

  2. Save on average between $10-$25,000

  3. $2,500 rebate for home purchases

  4. We partner with mortgage companies who pay non-recurring closing costs - even more savings and less out-of-pocket when buying your next home

*Pay nothing until your house is sold! Full-service, fixed price sell-side. Buy side commission not to exceed 2.5%.
